Hi, I’m Bridget Furnish, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and certified RESTART® Instructor. Restart is a guided comprehensive 5-week program prioritizing a whole food approach. What You Will Learn:

Week 1: Monday, January 13th 6:00 pm or Tuesday January 14th 12:30. This week is all about PREPARATION and planning. We will talk about what to expect from the program, and how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your successful REAL FOOD challenge.You’ll set your intentions for the program, and lastly you’ll receive a foods list which will guide you on what to eat and what not to eat throughout RESTART®.

Week 2: Monday January 20th/Tuesday 21st This week is all about DIGESTION. Healthy digestion is critical - how is yours? Find out how it’s designed to work and how to optimize your digestion to get the most out of your healthy diet.

Week 3: Monday January 27th/Tuesday 28th-BLOOD SUGAR REGULATION. This week we will learn how your body responds to excess sugar and refined carbs, and how to get off the sugar rollercoaster.

Week 4:Monday February 3rd/Tuesday 4th. We unveil the truth about dietary FATS and why healthy fats are essential to your diet. Learn which ones to enjoy, which ones to avoid and why.

Week 5: Monday February 10th/Tuesday 11th-YOU DID IT!You can move forward with your success and keep feeling great! Learn how to integrate the tools and skills you’ve acquired through The RESTART® Program.

60-Minute Recommendation meeting

Dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to optimize your health and healing based on your goals and personal preferences.

STEP 3

Bi-Weekly Check-Ins

Bi-weekly check-ins either by email or in person. You will always have accountability and support!

STEP 4

60-Minute Final Meeting

60 minute final meeting where we will review and evaluate goals and retest NAQ questionnaire.
